EMK Artistry is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all clients, including people with disability, injury, or specific access needs. Em aims to ensure all services, communications, and overall experiences are as accessible as reasonably possible.

SERVICE ACCESSIBILITY

EMK Artistry strives to accommodate individual needs wherever possible. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • allowing extra appointment time, if required;

  • providing clear communication before and during appointments;

  • being flexible with service delivery, where reasonable;

  • discussing accessibility needs prior to appointments to ensure comfort and safety.

EMK Artistry also requires clients to complete an Online Client Consultation Form prior to appointments where clients can provide further information on any potential allergies, sensory needs, and/or medical considerations.

You are encouraged to provide as much information about your needs prior to your appointment so Em can accommodate you as much as possible and provide you with an amazing and comfortable glam experience.

EMK Artistry aims to make this website and online booking systems accessible by:

  • using clear language and readable fonts

  • structuring content for ease of navigation

  • ensuring important information is easy to find

  • working to improve accessibility as much as possible.
