BOOKING POLICY

CLAUSE 1.

Payment of the required deposit amount constitutes acceptance and confirmation of your appointment with EMK Artistry. Once your deposit has been paid, your appointment is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, except under the circumstances outlined in clauses 2 to 4 of this Booking Policy.

CLAUSE 2

If EMK Artistry is unable to provide services as agreed due to an emergency, illness or any other unexpected circumstance, both your deposit amount and remaining amount (if paid) will be refunded to you as soon as practicable. Reasonable efforts will be made by Em to find a replacement professional Hairstylist and/or Makeup Artist of a similar style for your event. Please note that EMK Artistry cannot guarantee that the replacement artist's prices will be the exact same price as EMK Artistry's prices.

CLAUSE 3

If your event is cancelled due to a force majeure including, but not limited to, a pandemic, natural disaster, or war, your deposit and remaining amount (if paid) will be refunded to you as soon as practicable.

CLAUSE 4

If your event gets cancelled or postponed due to any other reason than those contained in clause 3, your remaining amount (if paid) will be refunded to you as soon as practicable. Your deposit will be held by EMK Artistry and can be transferred to an alternative date / service subject to Em's availability.
